It seems Spring brought me a present too, a very "nice" cold. So because I don't really rely on medicine, I try to defeat it my way. Raw food for vitamins, royal jelly, honey, polen and fresh citrus juices.
I like rich salads, so I add many veggies plus seeds, pine nuts and fresh cut wheat for a healthy and divers meal.
A shot of pollen, royal jelly, honey and lemon is perfect for the immune system especially when you caught a cold. And of course a delicious and fresh red grapefruit juice. You can also add oranges, lemons, lime, any citrus fruits that you love. Hot teas and soups also help to calm down your throat but vitamins are more important in gaining your strenght back.
How do you defeat a cold?
Se pare ca primavara mi-a adus si un cadou, o raceala de toata frumusetea. Si pentru ca nu sunt adepta medicamentelor, incerc sa alung raceala prin alte metode. Consum legume si fructe proaspete, laptisor de matca, polen, miere, si fresh-uri din citrice.
Iubesc salatele satioase, asa ca adaug multe legume, seminte crude, si grau incoltit proaspat taiat, pentru a da diversitate unei mese sanatoase.
Un pahar de pole, laptisor de matca, miere si lamaie este perfect pentru a ajuta sistemul imunitar, mai ales cand este slabit de raceala. Si bineinteles, un fresh delicios de grapefruit rosu. Puteti adauga portocale, lamai, limete, sau orice citrice va plac. Ceaiurile calde si supele ajuta la calmarea gatului iritat ,dar vitaminele sunt mai importante pentru a va revenii in forta.
